It is 28 ft closed but the slide out brings it to 31. It sleeps 8-10 although we have never had that many sleep in it. We have a queen size bed, a j sofa, dining table folds down, plus the bunk house sleeps 4. But is usually just the 6 humans and 1-3 dogs depending.
That's a really nice one, Dana. Bet it's very spacious inside. Sleeps how many?
